– Photos, notes or other material uploaded by the Parent as proof of completed challenges (visible only to the Parent who uploaded it)Usage & Technical Data

– Provide and maintain the App’s core functionality
– Enable Parents to create and manage child profiles
– Track challenge participation and earned screen time
– Process physical activity and health-related data to calculate earned screen time and challenge completion
– Display activity statistics and challenge progress inside the App
– Send important notices, support responses and App updates
– Improve, test and develop new features
– Comply with legal and regulatory obligationsWe do not use children’s data or health/activity data for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes.3. Health & Activity DataPloj may access and process certain health- or activity-related information in order to provide the App’s core functionality.This may include:
– Physical activity data
– Movement/activity duration
– Step counts
– Exercise or activity completion data
– Screen time balance calculations connected to activity goalsDepending on the device and permissions granted by the Parent, this data may be accessed through:
– Apple HealthKit
– Google Health Connect
– Device motion/activity sensorsWe use this information solely to:
– Calculate earned screen time
– Track challenge progress
– Display activity statistics inside the App
– Improve App functionality and accuracyWe do NOT use health or activity data for:
– Advertising
– Marketing
– User profiling
– Selling data to third partiesHealth and activity data is only processed for the Parent-controlled account experience and is never publicly shared.Users may revoke access to health/activity permissions at any time through their device settings.4. Legal Basis Under GDPRDepending on the situation, we process your data on one or more of the following bases:
– Performance of a contract (to provide the App)
– Consent (when you upload photos or notes or grant health/activity permissions)
– Legitimate interest (basic analytics, security, App improvement)
– Legal obligations (accounting, tax, safety)5. Data Sharing and ProcessorsWe do not sell personal data. We only share information with the following trusted third-party service providers:Google Firebase (Google LLC)
– Used for analytics, crash reporting (Crashlytics), and backend infrastructure

We retain account and profile data as long as your account is active.Inactive Accounts:
We delete or anonymise personal data after 24 months of inactivity (or sooner if requested).Health & Activity Data:
Deleted when no longer necessary for App functionality or within 30 days after account deletion.User-Generated Content:
Deleted immediately when the Parent deletes it or within 30 days after account deletion.8. Data DeletionYou can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by:

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We collect personal information from children only through their Parent’s verified account and use it solely to provide the App’s functions. Parents may review and delete their child’s information at any time.All personal data related to children is:

– Controlled through the Parent account
– Never used for advertising, profiling, or behavioural tracking11. Tracking TechnologiesThe App does not use browser cookies. However, like most mobile applications, it may use similar technologies to ensure the App functions correctly and to improve your experience.These can include:
– Local storage on your device (to keep you signed in or store preferences)
– Analytics tools (such as Google Firebase Analytics) to understand how features are used and to improve performanceWe only use minimal device and technical information necessary to operate the App, ensure security, and improve performance.We do not use device identifiers for:
